The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain is to Amplify the level of Housekeeping service and elevate the guest experience.  In this leadership role, Housekeeping Supervisors will oversee and inspect the quality of room cleanliness for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain’s valued guests.  Housekeeping Supervisors will service a range of clientele, all of which are expected to be treated with first-class service in all aspects.  Supervisors will release all rooms in their sections daily, perform standards tests and assist guests with any requests they receive, working closely with Housekeeping Management.

 OVERVIEW: The Application Specialist is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications used across the organization. This role acts as a liaison between end-users, IT, and vendors to ensure business applications are functioning properly, meeting user needs, and continuously improving in efficiency and usability. The specialist provides end-user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and assists in system upgrades and implementation projects. 

The IT Operations Analyst/Technician role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance where required.
