The incumbent in this position is responsible for properly preparing all foods listed on the respective menus that are to be grilled, fried, broiled, baked, boiled, braised, poached in an assigned kitchen outlet, or prepared in the pantry.
OVERVIEW: Primarily responsible for the coordination of the banquet staff and all food and beverage services within the banquet department. Train the banquet team and oversees the enforcement of hotel standards on setting up the banquet hall, up keeping, service, break away, event courses, cleaning, staff grooming and hygiene. He / She should maintain and develop the highest level of guest relations. Manage all guest requests, complaints and queries and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the respective departments (Conference Management, Kitchen, F&B manager etc.)
The incumbent in this position is responsible for greeting guests and arranging for prompt seating. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable in accordance with Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain service standards.
OVERVIEW: The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for providing superior beverage service to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain guests and cocktail servers while providing excellent guest relations.
