ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members to provide superior guest service.
- Follow Production policies and procedures related to the Entertainment Department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assists in implementing event operating plans for Hard Rock Live, Hard Rock Café, and other areas assigned.
- Operates electric motors, hydraulic motors, follow spots, lighting control boards, sound mixing consoles, microphones, equalizers, and other entertainment technical equipment.
- Assembles and disassembles trusses for lighting shows, soft goods, scenery, drops, curtains, etc.
- Assembles sets and stages, including related light and sound components.
- Load-in prior to shows and performances and load-out following shows and performances including equipment, instruments, wardrobe, tools, etc.
- Repairs and maintains lighting, sound, and fly systems, drops, soft goods, stage and stage floor, musical instruments, etc., to avoid delay or cancellation of performances due to malfunctioning equipment.
- Adjusts and maintains Vibe system, music volumes around the property, and playlist integrity.
- Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrates actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
- Promotes positive public and employee relations at all times.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to all Enterprise Rancheria Gaming Commission regulations.
