EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology or Gaming industry experience preferred and/or three to five years related work experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc):
- Must obtain and maintain a valid drivers and all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in Tribal Gaming preferred.
- Prior experience opening new properties/outlets preferred.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Working technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Microsoft Server 2012R2
- Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Technologies
- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including [Firewalls, Active Directory].
- Strong knowledge of local area network administration.
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with data management.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
- Computer operations experience on IBM mid-range systems, i.e., AS/400 and micro-processor computers preferred.
- Working knowledge of all the PC software at Hard Rock and virus detection software.
- Working knowledge of telecommunication system is preferred.
- Good technical and communication skills.
- Understanding of application file components, i.e., file structures, file relationships, file contents.
ABILITY TO:
- This position spends time on the Casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds and noise, and the severity of which depends upon guest volume.
- Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
- Obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Communicate effectively with outside contacts and all levels of team members.
- Review, comprehend and assimilate reports, information generated on and by the computer and other necessary documentation.
- Use a computer, keyboard and other equipment associated with the positions.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.
- Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings.
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
- Install hardware and perform minor repairs as necessary.
