EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
- 3 to 5 years combined experience in a Database Marketing, Operations Analysis, or Planning & Analysis position.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Analytics preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in Tribal Gaming preferred.
- Prior experience opening new properties/outlets preferred.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
Knowledge of:
- SQL Server Management Studio/Query tools required (advanced skills required).
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required).
- Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, Microsoft Report Builder, or similar data visualization software required.
- Bally’s CMP, EBS, Kiosk and BI Tool experience preferred.
- Interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills required.
- Understanding of and experience in the property’s regional gaming market.
- Casino marketing functions including, but not limited to, players club, the formulation and implementation of promotions and events, advertising and branding.
- The Gaming industry, including principles and practices of a capital and operations budget.
- Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
